Did you use your push up stand correctly?

Instructions for Use

1. Gripping posture: Hold the handle of the bracket tightly with both hands, the bracket is perpendicular to the ground, the handle is slightly wider than the shoulder, and the handle faces outward. The wrist is no longer compressed, protecting the wrist joint.
2. Body posture: The body should be in a straight line, with the abdomen tightly clamped around the core. The hips should not be raised or the waist should not collapse.
3. Action process: Bend your elbow downwards and slowly lower your chest towards the ground; When pushing up, stretch your arms straight back to the starting position without locking the elbow joint.
4. Breathing rhythm: inhale while falling, exhale while pushing up.

Notes:
❌ Do not use if the ground slips or the base rubber pad is damaged to prevent tipping and falling
❌ Do not hold the handle loosely, do not just touch the edge of the palm, and avoid slipping off
❌ Do not collapse your waist, pout your hips, tilt your body, and strictly prohibit completely locking your elbow joints
❌ The grip should not be too wide or too narrow, and it is forbidden to shrug and exert force on the shoulders, as it may damage the rotator cuff
❌ When there is pain in the shoulders, elbows, and wrists, do not forcefully support training

Product Efficacy
