Method: Start by standing sideways.
Step your feet into each square one by one, then out of each square one by one.
Purpose: Develop foot control and balance.
In and Out
Method: Step one foot in, then the other.
Then, step one foot out, then the other.
The movement should be light and smooth.
Purpose: Develop cadence and rhythm.
Two-in, Two-out
Method: One foot in, then the other, while sliding sideways one square.
Then, one foot out, then the other, while moving sideways one square.
This should be done briskly and smoothly.
Purpose: Develop foot control and balance.
