Leg Press: Place the Pilates ring between your ankles or calves while lying on your back. Engage your core and press your legs outward against the resistance of the ring. Slowly release and repeat for several reps.
Clamshell: Lie on your side with your knees bent and the Pilates ring placed just above your knees. Keep your feet together and lift the top knee while maintaining contact with the ring. Slowly lower your knee back down and repeat on the other side.
Bridge with Squeezes: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Position the Pilates ring between your inner thighs. Lift your hips off the floor into a bridge position while squeezing the ring. Lower your hips and repeat for multiple repetitions.
Single Leg Stretch: Lie on your back and hold the Pilates ring with both hands. Lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the mat and extend one leg while hugging the other knee into your chest. Switch legs and continue alternating while maintaining the ring’s stability.
Side-Lying Leg Lift
Lie on your side with the Pilates ring positioned just above your ankles. Lift the top leg while keeping it straight, pressing against the resistance of the ring. Lower the leg and repeat on the other side.
Standing Inner Thigh Squeeze
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and place the Pilates ring between your inner thighs. Engage your core and squeeze the ring with your inner thighs while maintaining a tall posture. Release and repeat for several repetitions.
Standing Abdominal Twist
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the Pilates ring with both hands in front of your chest. Engage your core and rotate your torso to one side, bringing the ring with you. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
