Reaction
Reaction refers to the ability to quickly make decisions and execute actions in response to external stimuli (visual, auditory, and tactile).
Training significance: Improves the efficient coordination between the brain and body.
Action performance: Immediately change direction upon receiving a command and sprint immediately upon receiving a light signal.
