Romanian Deadlift
If you have a good sense of balance and have perhaps mastered a nice deadlift on the floor, you can do a more difficult Romanian deadlift standing on a small platform, a fixed small box or even a flat bench.
Try to keep the barbell not too far away from your body throughout the movement.
The farther the barbell is from your body, the more pressure will be on your lower back and lumbar spine.
More reliable than those power belts are your abdominal muscles, tighten your abdominal muscles and stabilize your torso.
Push toward your navel and pay attention to keeping the waist, abdomen and leg muscles tense at all times.
Complete the Romanian deadlift again and again with slow force and your control.
Explosive force, or the kind of movement that tries to exert force suddenly, will cause back, hip and shoulder injuries.
Remember: the key to the movement is a "glutes first" strategy, which means that your first movement will always use your glutes more.
This will help you effectively build good mid- and upper leg muscles.
Try to keep the angle of your knee joint constant each time you move it, so that the target muscles can be trained in a focused manner.
This straight-leg version of the deadlift will put more pressure on the leg ligaments, but it will also exercise the lower back muscles more, so it is suitable for intermediate and advanced trainers.
