Should coaches hold the kicking targets?

 

If it's for teaching demonstrations, coaches can hold the targets, but what about regular training?

 

There are several benefits to students holding the targets themselves during training:

1. Improved training efficiency.

How much time does it take for a coach to go around holding the targets? Each child only kicks once per round. In the same amount of time, how many kicks could two children achieve if they were holding the targets for each other?

 

2. Improved training quality.

With 20 children divided into 10 groups, the coach hardly needs to intervene with those who perform standard movements and maintain a serious attitude-they just need to repeat the training. During training, the coach only needs to focus on those who are not serious or have incorrect movements, which significantly improves training quality.
