Basic Step

 

Starting Position: Stand in the center of the front step.

Key Points: Step onto the board with your left foot, then step onto the board with your right foot.

Step onto the board with your left foot, then step onto the board with your right foot, remaining on the ground.

 

Note: The left-foot basic step is the simplest and most basic step in the step.

V-Step

 

Starting Position: Stand in the center of the front step.

Simple Instructions: Similar to the basic step, but with your feet spaced apart while on the board.

 

Key Points: Step onto the board with your left foot slightly to the left of the center of the board, then step onto the board with your right foot slightly to the right of the center, forming a V shape. Return your feet to the ground one by one.

Note: Stand with your feet on the ground, shoulder-width apart while on the board.

 

Step-Up/Step-Down

 

Starting Position: Face the board with your hands on your hips.

Key Points: Step onto the board with your left foot, then step onto the board with your right foot, then step off the board with your right and left feet, leaving your left foot touching the ground.

Note: Switch feet when going up and down.

 

Spin Step

 

Starting Position: In front of the board, facing sideways.

Simple Instructions: Start on one side of the board and, while turning, perform a variation of the basic step.

 

Key Points: Step onto the board with your left foot, followed by your right foot.

Simultaneously turn to the left. Step onto the board with your left foot, turn slightly to the left, and lower your right foot to the ground next to your left foot.

Step onto the board with your right foot, turn slightly to the right, step onto the board with your right foot, and lower your left foot to the ground next to your right foot.

 

Note: Rotate your body based on the position of your foot on the board to avoid spraining your ankle.
