Precautions

 

(1) Keep your feet flat on the pedals and in the center of the board to prevent the pedals from becoming unstable;

(2) Keep your body upright, tighten your abdomen and buttocks, and maintain your body balance;

 

(3) When getting on the board, your body's center of gravity should be directly above the board. Do not put your feet on the board while your body's center of gravity is backward;

(4) When on the board, the entire sole of the foot should be on the board, and the toes or heels should not be hanging on the edge of the pedal;

 

(5) When getting on the board, the heel should touch the board before transitioning to the entire sole of the foot; the supporting leg should not be twisted to avoid damage to the knee joint;

(6) When getting off the board, the toes should touch the ground first, followed by the heels, so that the body can be cushioned;

 

(7) When getting on and off the board, do not jump up and down with both feet at the same time;

(8) Do not lift the heels off the pedal, as "hanging" can easily sprain the Achilles tendon;

 

(9) When one leg is on the board, the supporting leg must maintain a certain degree of bending;

(10) When doing lunges or pedal repetitions, the center of gravity of the body should be on the front leg on the board;

 

(11) Keep breathing, do not hold your breath. Keep your knees flexible to reduce damage to the legs and relieve tension on the back;

(12) When facing the board sideways, first get on the leg closest to the board, and do not cross your legs when getting on the board.
