Hula hoop hide-and-seek
Divide the children into two teams, one team is the chaser and the other team is the hider.
The chaser holds a hula hoop and looks for the hider.
After finding the hider, he or she can score points by using the hula hoop to trap the hider.

The children form a circle and put a hula hoop inside the circle.

The children hold the hula hoop and stand at the starting point.

The team members must complete the specified number of jumps within the specified time. The team that finishes first wins.
Hula hoop relay race
Divide the children into several groups, and each group member holds a hula hoop.
After the game starts, the first team member jumps into the hula hoop, quickly runs to the other side, passes the hula hoop to the next team member, and so on, until the last team member completes the relay.
The team that finishes first wins.
