Utilizing Wall Space

Install a Hanging Rack: For small, lightweight equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands, you can install a dedicated wall-mounted hanging rack. These racks come in various styles, ranging from single-hook models suitable for hanging a single dumbbell to multi-hook models suitable for hanging multiple bands or small fitness tools.

Build Shelves: Build wooden or metal shelves on the wall. Yoga mats and exercise balls can be neatly rolled up and placed on the shelves. The height of the shelves should be determined based on the size of the equipment and usage habits, ensuring easy access.

Storing Shoe Boxes

Try to use original shoe boxes. If these are unavailable, find a box of appropriate size and sufficient strength. Before placing your shoes in the box, stuff some soft paper inside to maintain their shape. For example, for basketball shoes, stuff paper around the toe, heel, and sides to prevent them from deforming.

Keep similar athletic shoes together, such as running shoes in one pile and training shoes in another, to make them easier to find.

Hanging Storage

For sneakers you don't wear often, tie them with shoelaces and hang them in a well-ventilated area. For example, install a hanging rail in your closet to hang your shoes. This saves space while allowing the shoes to ventilate and prevent mold.

When hanging, be careful not to let the shoes squeeze against each other to prevent them from deforming.
