Ankle Flexion (Plant Flexion)
Use a resistance band to strengthen your ankles by pointing your toes downward toward your heels (plantar flexion).
Sit on the floor with one leg bent at the knee and your heel on the floor, while your other leg rests naturally on the floor.
Place the resistance band around the front of your foot and hold the ends of the band with both hands.
Slowly point your toes forward, then return to the starting position.
Do 3 sets of 10 reps per foot, 3 days a week.
