Cleaning
Remove any wax, old traction pad adhesive residue, dust or sand from the board, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Use a little wax remover if necessary.
Outlining
Find your ideal placement by positioning the pads on the tail of your board before you take the adhesive backing off, then trace the outline of the pads with a pencil or marker.
Applying
Peel the adhesive backing off, do not let the glue get stuck in anything. Hover the pads above the outlined marks and slowly put them on the board.
Sticking
Press the pads down for 30 to 40 seconds and push out any air bubbles to ensure a solid stick. It's recommended to wait for 24 hours before surfing.
