After training, wipe away sweat with a damp cloth and dry overnight in the shade. Oil leather belts and rinse nylon belts with clean water to prevent sweat from robbing their lifespan.
Finally, the barbell doesn't lie, and neither does the belt. It keeps risk out and strength in when you're ready to push your limits.
