Common Drills
Jumping Jacks
Stand with your feet wide apart on either side of the agility circle, arms raised to the side in the ready position.
Jump with both feet simultaneously, landing inside the circle while simultaneously raising your arms and clapping your head.
Jumping Jacks
Stand with your feet wide apart on either side of the agility circle in the ready position.
Jump with both feet simultaneously, landing one foot inside the circle.
Then, jump with one foot, landing both feet on either side of the circle.
Stepping Hops
Stand with your feet wide apart on either side of the circle, one foot inside the circle, arms raised, in a standing starting position in the ready position.
Jump with both feet simultaneously, landing one foot inside the circle, alternating steps.
Sidewalk (3 steps)
Move the foot outside the circle inward, landing immediately inside.
The foot inside the circle moves back outward, repeating this cycle.
Children's Exercises
Left Jump
How to Play: Your child stands between two agility circles with fists clenched at their sides and legs together in the ready position.
Continuously jump sideways, keeping one foot inside the agility ring.
Note: The distance between the agility rings can be adjusted based on the child's athletic ability.
The agility rings can be secured to prevent slipping.
Horizontal Alternation
How to Play: The child places fists on either side of their waist and stands sideways with their legs together in a ready position on the side of the first agility ring.
For example, using the left side as an example, jump back and forth with both feet simultaneously.
Note: The number of agility rings can be adjusted based on the child's athletic ability; as the child becomes proficient, the speed of the exercise can be increased.
