Agility Ring Happy Game
 

Game Instructions: Divide students into 4-6 teams of equal size.

The first team is the guarding team, and the second team is the attacking team.

Two members of the guarding team hold a long rope and stand at appropriate positions on each end of four short lines, forming four "gates."

 

Game Start

 

Each "gate" has its rope swinging in the same direction.

When the count reaches "5," the attacking team members take turns using various methods to navigate the swinging rope.

Those who safely pass through the four gates without being touched by the rope score one point.

If they touch the rope, they exit the game and stand in the circle next to the gate.

The other teams then take turns attacking the gates. The team with the most points wins.

 

Game Rules

 

① The rope swingers must swing the rope in the prescribed direction, amplitude, and appropriate rhythm.

② When the rope swinger counts to 5, the attacking team must complete the gate immediately without delay.

③ Attackers are not allowed to bypass the gates.

 

Jumping Hot Wheels

 

Training Objective: To develop children's coordination and the skill of continuous two-foot jumping.

Venue: Several fitness rings, a 2m x 10m playground.

 

Practice Method:

 

The fitness rings are arranged forward in a "pairs, one single, two pairs, one single" pattern, approximately 5 meters long.

"Pairs" are split-leg jumps, and "singles" are parallel-leg jumps.

 

One end of the ring is the starting point, and the other end is the end.

One child prepares at the starting point, while the other children wait in a single file in the waiting area.

 

Children can jump with their hands on their hips or with coordinated swings.

Jumps should be continuous, landing on the balls of their feet.

 

They should be slightly bent at the hips to cushion the impact.

The knees and ankles should be flexible, and the landing time should be as short as possible.

 

Children jump from the starting point to the end point without leaving or stepping on the fitness rings.

After completing each rehearsal, they should return to the back of the group and wait.

Each child should complete 6 to 8 repetitions (Figure 4).
