The integrated rod is made of 3.0 diameter round steel and made into a 2.5 diameter barbell rod. The diameter of the baffle is 3 cm: the ordinary rod is made of 2.5 diameter round steel, and two 3.0 diameter rings are put on the 2.5 diameter rod as baffles.
