When choosing swimming goggles, please perform the following checks

(1) Check if the goggles are transparent and free of scratches.

(2) Check if the goggle gaskets (rubber seals) are properly sealed.

(3) Pay attention to the width of the nose bridge. Some goggles have adjustable widths, while others do not, so be sure to try them on to see if they fit.

(4) Check the quality of the goggle straps.

If the straps lack elasticity or durability, they are prone to damage.

Therefore, pay attention to the quality of the straps when choosing goggles.

Higher price doesn't always mean better quality.

If you want to buy goggles with good value for money, consider choosing goggles designed for professional athletes, as they offer excellent performance for their price.

While swimming

1. Maintain the correct tightness.

One important thing to pay attention to when wearing swimming goggles is not to tighten the straps too much, otherwise it can easily cause oxygen deprivation to the brain or eye discomfort.

2. Prevent goggles from fogging up.

Many people are often bothered by goggles fogging up.

There are easy ways to solve this problem, such as: applying an anti-fog agent to the goggles (available in stores); or spitting some saliva onto the inside and outside of the lenses and then rinsing them with water (be careful not to touch them with your hands).
