Benefits of Step Aerobics

 

Step aerobics, as a form of calisthenics, is becoming increasingly popular as a weight loss method.

Step aerobics differs from standard calisthenics in that it involves performing calisthenic movements and steps on a stepping platform.

Step aerobics possesses all the characteristics of calisthenics, but with adjustable height, exercisers can easily adjust the intensity to their individual needs, effectively improving weight loss and coordination.

Step aerobics is a form of aerobics, requiring long, moderate-to-low intensity exercises with adequate oxygen supply.
