Thick Folding Gym Mat

1.Gymnastics Mat Graphic Obstacle Course Game.

Using gymnastics mats, setting up various graphic obstacle relay games allows students to experience the feeling of backpedaling, which is both safe and engaging. It can also stimulate students' interest in learning, increase their motivation, and cultivate a spirit of overcoming difficulties.

For example, lay the gymnastics mats horizontally and horizontally to form a large square. Students form a single file, with a 3-meter gap between the front and back, and jog across the mats.

2. Use gymnastics mats for various stretching exercises.

For example, sit on the mat and do splits, stretch forward with legs 90 degrees apart, sit on the mat with the soles of the feet facing each other and grasping the toes while stretching forward, and do upper body sideways and body rotations.

3. Use gymnastics mats for "hurdle sitting" exercises.

Practicing hurdle techniques while sitting on a gymnastics mat is clean and hygienic, avoids the effects of damp ground, and is not restricted by the location.

While practicing hurdle jumping techniques, students can fully activate their hip ligaments. They can also use gymnastics mats to practice the arm swing technique during hurdle jumping, such as the 180-degree turn in the hurdle jumping seat and the forward push-down arm swing in the hurdle jumping seat.
