Check the machine before using it.

 

Whether it is placed stably, whether the table is dry, whether the belt runs smoothly, whether the machine has any abnormal sounds, whether the various displays are abnormal...

After you are ready, you must also confirm the status of the treadmill.

 

Pay attention to the safety of the treadmill.

 

Before starting to exercise, stand on the pedals on both sides of the treadmill with both feet, and then put your feet on the treadmill table when it starts to turn.

Hold the handrails when getting on and off the treadmill, but not during running.

At the same time, if the treadmill has a safety clip device, the safety clip should be worn correctly.

 

Find the rhythm first, and then train step by step.

 

When you first start exercising, start at a slower speed and a smaller slope, and then speed up and increase the slope after finding your own rhythm.
