Self-judgment: There are no referees during the game; players must adjudicate fouls, out-of-bounds calls, and other disputes themselves, relying on self-discipline and sportsmanship to maintain fair competition.

Teamwork: Scoring requires teamwork through passing and receiving the disc to the opponent's scoring area; individual scoring is not possible.

Basic Rules

Field: A rectangular field 100 meters long and 37 meters wide, with scoring zones of 18 meters x 37 meters at each end.

Number of Players: 7 players per team.

Scoring: The attacking team passes the disc to the opposing team's scoring zone; a successful catch by a teammate scores 1 point. Teams then switch sides and continue playing.

Passing the Disc: The player with the disc cannot run and must use one foot as a pivot to pass the disc to a teammate within 10 seconds. The disc can be passed in any direction.
