In reality, high-level Ultimate games rarely involve disputes because everyone adheres to the five principles of the "Spirit of the Game":

Know the Rules – You aren't the referee, but you should know the rules.

Avoid Physical Contact – Safety first, competition second.

Fair Play – Don't exploit loopholes or intentionally delay the game.

Honest Communication – Own up to fouls even when they go against you.

Respect Your Opponents – Don't gloat when you win, and don't complain when you lose.

If you're unsure whether you've committed a foul, remember the golden rule: "Be the strictest judge on yourself, and the most lenient toward your opponents." When in doubt, default to the call that goes against you-that is the true spirit of Frisbee.
