In addition, some friends with longer legs are more suitable for high pedal positions.

3. Lower pedal position: Compared with the conventional pedal position, the lower pedal position will strengthen the quadriceps near the knee joint more.

This training is not very recommended and may bring unnecessary pressure to the knee joint position.

4. Wider pedal position: The pedal position is in the middle of the pedal, but the feet are separated by about 1.5 times the shoulder width or even 2 times, and the feet are slightly outward to ensure that the knee joint is in a reasonable range of motion.

This pedal position can stretch the inner thigh more fully, and at the same time, it can more fully recruit and stimulate the adductor and sartorius muscles.
