(1) The first referee observes whether the serving party has committed a position error foul, and the second referee observes whether the receiving party has committed a position error foul.
(2) The position of the player is determined by the part of his foot that touches the ground.
(3) Position error fouls occur at the moment of hitting the ball. There is no position error foul before and after hitting the ball. After hitting the ball, the player can move freely anywhere in the court and in the barrier-free area.
(4) The handling method for position error fouls is the same as that for rotation errors.
Combined hits
Any part of the body can touch the ball , but if a player (except the blocker) hits the ball twice in a row or touches different parts of his body in a row (except for the first shot, the ball is hit in the same action), it is a continuous foul.
In the first shot, the player is allowed to have the ball touch different parts of the body in the same shot. Method of judging continuous fouls:
(1) The first referee is responsible for judging continuous fouls.
(2) The second referee can use gestures to indicate to the first referee that it is a continuous foul with his back to the first referee, but he must not insist on it.
(3) In the first shot, whether it is an overhand pass or other body parts touching the ball, as long as it is one action, there is no continuous foul.
(4) The first referee should pay attention to observe and judge continuous fouls in the second and third shots.
