If it is a gym that understands sports, the general decoration will install the TV at an angle where people can look at the same level on the treadmill.
There are also many people who like to put their mobile phones or tablets on the treadmill and watch them while running.
This is not a good habit, because at this time you basically run with your head down, which is the same angle as looking at the instrument panel of the treadmill, so you will unconsciously lower your head and hunch your chest, and your shoulders will not be forced backwards, your back will easily get tired, and your neck will also be uncomfortable.
The line of sight should be kept horizontal, that is, the angle of the head facing forward, which is safe and will not increase the burden on the back.
Looking at the phone
Looking at the phone while exercising is not a good thing.
First, you will be distracted and lose focus, so you can't achieve the exercise effect and training goals.
Second, you will not focus on your own rhythm and running posture, which will cause physical damage in the long run.
Third, breaking the phone is a small matter, but breaking yourself is a big deal.
Therefore, not only on the treadmill, if possible, you'd better lock your phone in the locker during exercise, which can make you more focused on your exercise and your body posture.
